I was wondering if there was (and excuse me if I describe this wrong) a way to get rid or fix pixelated or blur out part of a movie that someone manually done. I was thinking a video editor but I don't know where to start anyways, any suggestions thx in advance!
You can use virtualdub to cut out parts of movies you dont like. Another program you could use is virtualdubmod which is just a modified version of vdub. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/virtualdubmod.cfm Good Luck.
