Hi there - neighbour has a Eurovox - about 8 months old - did something to it, no channels. Has 0000 on the front...a power scan is not picking up transponders....when I manually add one (like 394) and do a manual scan on it, you see the channels, but after the save data you cannot get channels - it says channel not available and still 0000. I'm wondering if it needs firmware, if so which one - how do I tell what model it is...? It has firmware from Jan 07 on it....anyone any ideas? Thanks
