Ive been using dvdrb and hc encoder and have not had a problem...but i read somewhere that cce is faster...so i bought the basic version (version 2.70.1.16)...is there anyone out there that can help me set this up, give me clues on what to check and what not to check, bit rate settings, whether to check redistribution or not...im not having luck with using cce as the primary encoder....here is a log (notice it is showing that there are possible dropped frames...i used hc encoder and that never popped up....i just spent money on cce and i feel ripped off because something free like hc is able to do a better job than something i paid for...oh yeah i am using dvdrb pro (the most recent version 1.28.2)
