i have downloaded files for a game (that i do own) so my kids can use it as sick of them scratching originals,anyway they have downloaded into a file and im not sure what to do with them there is one file that ends with .sfv and the others end .001 to .026 please help
The files that end with .oo1 and so forth are .rar files and can be extracted with winrar. Just install winrar if you haven't already and double click on the first one and it should extract an image that you can burn. The .sfv file is to be used with a checksum verifier. This will scan all the files that came with your download to see if there are any broken or corupted files. If it passes the verifier,then you got the complete download. Also,if you already 'own' the game...why didn't you just back it up....way easier and quicker?
