Help with format

so i just got a movie which is a rip, with the menu intact. its in ISO format. what program would i use to burn this to a dvd?

 

All you need is ImgBurn to burn your ISO to DVD.

you can use DVD Decrypter or clonedvd2 to burn the iso to dvd.
