Hey I just got the Archos AV400 today. I tried to play a DivX movie on it. It started to load but then said Cannot Play. And it's a DivX so I really don't know what to do. If someone could help me, that would be great. THANX!!!!
Try running it through VirtualDub, which is the software program that comes packed on the AV400 hard drive. If the file you are trying to play is not of the correct Divx format that the Av400 plays, it will not work. Converting it with VD should work though.
