Looks like you're missing a motherboard.

The P55-UD3L I assume. I'm just checking as, believe it or not, some people try and sneak in components that they 'like more' against my advice and try and hide it!
As for the cooler, the CPU comes with a basic cooler that will be perfectly sufficient unless you either intend to overclock, or you want a really low noise system (The stock coolers are not terribly loud, they just aren't silent) If either of these two apply, then you should buy an uprated cooler. For moderate overclocking or for low noise operation, get one of these:

or if you want a top performance cooler for a hefty overclock, or you want to overclock and keep a low noise level, then get this:

A CPU cooler? Well first off, you dont have to have one, unless your OCing, but it never hurts to have one either.

The AC 7 Freezer Pro Johnny recommended, is junk. I had one previously on a Core 2 Quad Q6600 and it was a waste of money. It dropped temps by about 2-3*C.

    Either of these are good:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...mpareItemList=N82E16835608014,N82E16835608016
    But I prefer:
    http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7..._LGA_1156_AM2_Xeon.html?id=mmvwvPzg&mv_pc=141
I use the Thermalright Cooler on my i7 860 and dropped temps about 7*C at idle.

The P55A-UD3 is the version of the P55-UD3L with USB3 and S-ATA 3 fitted.

That's up to you. If you ever intend to overclock, you should be buying a P55A board not standard P55 as only the P55A boards come with Lotes CPU sockets (the safe ones to overclock with).

The way I see it USB3 and SATA3 may not benefit you now, but it could down the line. Both are a bit rare atm, and I really couldnt predict when there going to go mainstream.

S-ATA 3 is only a matter of time. As for USB3, it's been slow to take off, but eventually I think it will be an absolute godsend when USB3 hard disk boxes become practical.

I'm not that familiar with TV cards since I don't use them, but generally I see good reviews of Hauppauge stuff.

Is it really cheaper to build your own pc ? I have been looking at a few adds showing a pc with monitor and a 2TB drive for about the same price? From ibuypower.com or am I missing something

Work out the value of each component, remembering that prebuilt PCs like IBuyPower use the cheapest and lowest quality components possible, and you'll realise that you're actually saving a fortune building a PC yourself.

P55 boards are standard full-feature boards. H55 boards are fitted with integrated graphics capability should you use a dual core Core i5 CPU with IGP. Due to the nature of systems that use integrated graphics, however, these are typically low-end boards.
