What does that mean? IF you post a burn log that would help us help you You can find it here Program Files/Nero/Nero/Core look for the nerohistory.txt file post the log with the error(if thats what files mean) and edit your serial number out

AE1 some different media will probably help if the firmware doesn't for the media you are using now try verbatims or Taiyo Yudens edit- Burn process failed at 8x (11,080 KB/s) Have you tried burning them at 4x that might help too
