    my specs:

    Opteron 144

    eVGA nForce4 SLI mainboard

Patriot 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory in dual channel

I am using the Opteron at 1.8ghz (stock speed) with the stock cooler. Other people who have the Opteron say I don't need to upgrade from the stock cooler yet, so I want to OC it as far as I can using it. I don't need to OC it very much yet, just to about 2.0 or 2.1 ghz.
I hear that my mobo has good OC features, although I have no idea how to OC as I am a noob.

Any guides on how to OC with my specific mobo, or any help on how to do this would be much appriciated. :)
