help with star view box help please

our box, just keeps turning itself off, and when its on we have no picture only sound when its on, please help any1 if possible thankyou tracy

 

Can you turn the b0x on and press Menu > System Information and tell me what it says

Also is the SV a clone or genuine

clone = 18x7 vents on top and genuine has 25x 7

Have you got anything on the screen when it is turned on ?
And what has it got on the LED on the front ?

 

no picture, but can here people talking on the channel, on screen got itv1 on led on box go,s to 0, only started when we had power cut thanku

 

Ok , can you press Menu on the remote and you see a main menu screen

That seems to be fine , maybe you could try a factory setting and see if it helps

Press Menu > Factory Setting
PIN 0000
OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

English > Installation
Choose your provider
Automatic Scan
Press OK
Channels found
Exit

press Menu and type in 1570
Scroll down and Turn EMU key ON

Exit , exit , exit

Ok I am guessing now that the codes in Nagravision are wrong

its got 0 on box, channel81 no picture, just talking i,ve tried the numbers to no luck, it keeps freezin switchin itself to 0.
