HELP! with THE BOX

I JUST got my box (ST2) IN and i have updated it with the cd which has
451 software on it.

is has found most of the channels but some are missing like BOX,BBC3,
HITS

I HAVE SEARCHED both ways to find them so does anyone no the actuall frequency of those 3 channels .
im on NTL in DUBLIN.

 

Here's the frequencies for the channels but you will need to put version 4.50 on your box as 4.51 is for the UK.
363500 BBC THREE
394250 The Hits
370250 The Box

 

If your in dublin you should have 450 on the box

 

ahh i see so the seller gave me the wrong software does anyone have a link to the one for DUBLIN

hey i updated it all channels seem to be there and working fine FOR NOW anyways HAHA

but bbc3 still a no show
hits and box is on now though

 

just tried entering the freqency 363.500 and it didt find anything?

anyone know whats up with bbc3

 

bbc 3 is it on ur list of programs,as it is evening viewing

 

Yes as cactikid said BBC 3 and 4 don't start showing programmes until 8pm

 

still no listed channels called BBC3+4
there not there at all

just try 363 then

 

i tried the scan last night after 8 it was about 10ish i think
and it still did not find it.

i also entered the frequency
363.500
and still noting

 

any help with BBC3 I DUNNO what to do

 

I take it you've tried scanning for them more than once or twice ? if so I can't think why they aren't coming in for you as these are the frequencies for BBC 3 and 4,there may be a fault in your area which could be stopping them from coming in but I'd doubt if this is the case

 

Go through the list of chanels and see if you missed it somewhere

 

yep just checked again there defo not there and ive done a scan again and still a no show

 

Have you sorted out all your channels in order of preferences yet ?
