Help with the CD's I burned from Lime wire

I downloaded some songs from limewire and put them in my media player but when I was burning them to play on my disc player it would not play. What am I doing wrong? I have a lot of them I want to listen to but they will not play. Is lime wire a good website to download songs. It is free so I am just wondering where else I could go so that I can listen to them on my disc player when I can give a party or something.

 

Did you make an Audio CD of a data CD? How did you burn the music files?

 

I try to make an audio CD from a data CD. SO what do I do? I have tried and burn them and they will not play on my home player.

 

What software did you use to burn the Audio CD?
