Help with which card to use.

I have two graphics cards one came with my new desktop (Geforce 6150 SE) and one i upgraded my old pc with like a month before i bought the new pc which is ( VisionTek X1550). Both are both PCI Express.

My new pc ofcourse has more ram and better stuff, beside the card cause i don't know which is better yet. But game seem choppy now compared to when i ran them on the old pc. So which is better?

 

use the x1550, as the 6150SE is integrated video, and uses the ram memory.

 

thanks i really thought the x1550 would be better but i feel like a noob when it comes to these things so i like to ask you experts
