my pcs dvd drive doesnt work anymore it doesnt show up on the my computer screen and when i insert a dvd it ignores it and it wont let me reinstall it either it says something about code 19 can someone please HELP!!!!!!!
if exclamation mark is on drive, remove it in device manager, restart the computer & let windows load its driver & see what happens. post result
it still has ! next to it and it doesnt show up in the my computer screen it still wont let me play discs it spins when i put it in but it doesnt read i tried using game discs cds dvds it doesnt work
