Thanks Ireland. I've got Registry Mechanic, which has been doing a good job for me. It's quick on the scans and repairs and does a registry backup. The price is noticeably higher than what you have there. It keeps my registry cleaned up and I've not had any registry concerns in the longest. When/if I get a registry problem, this is where I go before I start considering the OS replacement.
