im from the caribbean and i got this sim card from a company called TelCell, i tryed to activate the phone an it sais "Phone resticted" its a Nokia 3220, im from St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles.
The frequency the cellphone operates on can vary from the simcard and that is possible one reason. ANother reason would be if your phone is locked. You wil need to provide us with the correct info as per the STICKY at the top of the threads.
