HELP!!!

    I need help....i have an ipod nano and when i plug it in to my computer, my computer shuts down and a blue screen comes up and it reads that their is something wrong with the software.....who can help me? PLEASE!!!!!!

    Try reinstalling iTunes and see if this helps your problem.
