just bought a starview box with the software already installed i`m having loads of problems with unscrambling channels does enyone know if there is a help line number I could call
JIM WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TURN THE EMU ON 1/PRESS MENU ON YOUR REMOTE 2.THEN PARENTAL CONTROL 3THEN PRESS INFO ON YOUR REMOTE FOLLOWED BY 2004 4. THAT SHOULD TAKE YOU TO THE SECRET MENU TO TURN ON THE EMU ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THIS EXIT AND ALL YOUR CHANNELS WILL BE THERE .LET US KNOW HOW YOU GET ON.
Hi just replying to your helpful information about the secret menu etc got most of the channels but i cant get the film channels do you know if this is because of the Virgin media take over? thanks for the help. Jim
jim the movie channels should still be there they are no lo nger sky movies 1-10 they have been renamed sky premiere ,family , cinema and other various names if you still have trouble get back in touch.
