    I have a nokia 1600 type RH-64...IMEI: 358382/00/356536/3 from Germany...its a D1 telecom phone....can someone please help me to unlock sim....i have already entered 3 invalid codes...so i need one that is accurate

    it might have helped but the phone is telling me that it is not allowed..i only tried 3 codes i guess that was the limit.....bummer....where do i go from here?

    “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.

    One option you have for unlocking is that you can check in your local area for someone that provides unlocking of hardlocked phones
