Have been using Nero 8 for years, all of a sudden when trying to burn in recode I get the message PLEASE ENTER VALID TARGET FOLDER when trying to burn to DVD. The drive is working fine - I am able to burn a DVD by using DVD files, just not in recode. I'd rather just do it in recode rather than the roundabout way I have to at the moment. I found a thread on here that suggest uninstalling, using the clean tools, and then reinstalling. However, I can't find my original disc anywhere!! Help me, please, it's driving me nuts.
Don't worry, I sorted it. I thought it was referring to the CD drive but it was referring to the temporary files folder, which I HAD recently deleted. All working now.
