partition 4 and 3 should be like this:
Partition4:\SAVES,Music,Games,Apps,Backup,CACHE,TDATA,UDATA

Partition3:\Audio,Fonts,xbxodashdata,xodash,xboxdash.xbe

 

i think i found the old system files cause before i did the softmod i backed it up so do you think i should put the C: files from the MsDash to replace the ones on the xbox harddrive

ok i have replaced the files on the backup so what do i do with them put it in the partition 3 or what?!

 

Backup all of these to PC. Incase you use it later on

ok look great now. in the Fonts folders there are 2 files. Just make sure.

 

yup there is :/Xbox.xtf and Xbox Book.xtf

 

ok turn off the xplorer360 and disconnect the hdd from pc. Then connect the IDE cable of xbox back to the hdd. Then turn off xbox. then reboot.

 

DAMN its still saying error 16...WTF is going on

 

damn it. ok do hotswap again.

 

aright so talk me through this cause im loosin it right now man...so back to the reboot of pc an ting and swtich the ide cables again huh?

 

turn off xbox and pc. start hotswap again. I think your old ms dash has problem. This time you have to use the one you downloaded.

Then delete everything in partition 3. Then insert the ms dash you download.

Partition 4 backup everything to pc if you did not do it. Then delete everything except CACHE, TDATA, UDATA.
