Then put xbox hdd back to xbox and turn off. Restart xbox.

 

so what your saying is delet all the files in TDATA and UDATA..then what..

 

Follow this:

Then delete everything in partition 3. Then insert the ms dash you download.

Partition 4 backup everything to pc if you did not do it. Then delete everything except CACHE, TDATA, UDATA.

in the CACHE theres LocalCache08.bin and LocalCache00.bin

 

back up and delete them too.

 

ok done all that now whats next..

Partition 3:Audio, Fonts, xodash, xboxdash.xbe, xboxdashdata
Partition 4: CACHE, TDATA, UDATA

 

if correct then put hdd back to xbox . turn off xbox. then boot up again.

 

ok so now i have in partition 3:/Audio, Fonts, xboxdashdata.1012a700, xodash, xboxdash.xbe....but im not too sure should what i should have in the artitio 4: section cause theres no files in the TDATA and UDATA and CACHE folders

 

Yes partition 4 only have 3 folders. NO files.

 

ok put hdd back to xbox. turn off and reboot.

 

im trying to delete the Apps folder and the explorer 360 keeps freezing up on me

ok its gone now so just put the hdd pack on the ide in the xbox "should the dvd drive be conected also" and restart it?
