When i deal with certain sections of video files with virtual dub the audio is outta sync with the video, if i deal with the whole thing its fine. i tried virtual dubmod, nothing, still the same problem, if anyone knows a way around this it would be great.

This happens usually when you are deleting frames from VBR audio. one thing to try is to decompress the audio and save it, then try to delete whatever frames you were trying in the first place.

If it is a bad frame problem then find a program called avifixed and that might solve it for you quicker!
