What is a good 2 channel reciever with 250+ watts to each channel, all i ever see anymore is these 5.1 and 6.1 receiver's. I want something with lots of power to pump out of my 2 large KLH speakers. Is there a receiver i can get to do this? Or do they not make them anymore.

The old days, Carver, Onkyo, Yamaha. I have a Carver TFM-45 375 Watts per channel (2 Channel Amp). If you are willing to drop the cash, Bob Carver is making Sunfire amps.
