You can delete Haxfix, CWShredder, SmitfraudFix and Blacklight. The others are your choice.

I recommend you keep AVGAS. It is free for 30 days, so after the 30 days you can choose to purchase it or not. The only things taken away are real-time protection and automatic updates, but you can update manually and run scans on a regular basis. It is a very good anti-spyware, look what it rid from you.

Spybot is also an anti-spyware program. It has no real-time protection, but I strongly recommend you keep it becasue it is a very good anti-program.

Ad-ware is your choice, but I recommend you keep it. It's great for adware that Spybot or AVGAS cannot rid.

ATF Cleaner and CCleaner are also your choice, but I strongly recommend you keep at least one of them. I have both because ATF takes up very little space. CCleaner does the same thing as ATF, but it also has a registry cleaner(Issues fix). Just remember to always backup the registry when prompted before removing anything. They clean temp files that take up space on the HD. Run it/them about once a week or so.

You should run scans with your antivirus and antispyware about once every two weeks or so.

One last thing I forgot to mention. You may want to defragment your HD . Do it in safe mode for best results.
