Your log is clean. But you should visit Windows update to get Service Pack 2. And you don´t seem to have firewall or anti-virus program at all? Ewido and Microsoft anti-spyware are good for Spy/Malware, but they don´t remove viruses.

    I would´nt trust for just a router....

I recommend ZoneAlarm for firewall, and Avast! for anti-virus. They are both free but Avast! needs a registration.

You might still be infected by a worm. Download Ewido and eScan. Make a complete system scan with Ewido and put a mark on eScan for " Drive " , "all local drives" and "scan all files"

Run those and save reports. Post both of reports here and we´ll take a look at them. eScan report is the one in lower box. Just Copy/Paste it into notepad for example.

Here are the links for both programs. Remember to update them first!

    Ewido > http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

    eScan > http://www.spywareinfo.dk/download/mwav.exe
    And also > http://koti.mbnet.fi/pattaya1/lataus/Mwav.bat

First install eScan by doubleclicking mwav.exe
Then just doubleclick Mwav.bat, and it´ll start updating the program. After that it opens a window where you should mark the places I told you. Sorry for complicated instructions but that´s the best I can do right now =) It´s 6 am here....
