anyone tried Peerguardian2 as a pop up blocker? you can get it here - http://methlabs.org/projects/peerguardian-2-windows/ its for blocking any nasty people trying to look at what youre doing when your downloading, BUT you can configure it to block adware, spyware & popups as well.. i cant reccomend this bit of software enough.. i wish more people knew about it, cos the internet aint safe anymore.. Oh yeah, Microsoft AntiSpyware is a good tool for you weekly spyware scan too.. it keeps itself up to date 'real-time' too, so your safe as soon as you turn your PC on..
Webroot spysweeper works but it has its problems. As it has to check for an update every freakin day. I have also noticed a serious lagg when playing online when its running. Its ok but you cannot run it all the time and still have an online life.
