    She says she cannot get on internet wirelessly, don't know about wired. It was hit/miss before, but tonight she just wants to throw it. I know when she tries to go to Hotmail on her laptop or mine, it seems like it jumps around in the address bar for awhile. If i log out of her e-mail and into my hotmail, it works fine.

    Did you run Malwarebytes on her computer? If not, do a full scan and post the log here. Also post a new HijackThis log.

    i thought she did, but i will check tomorrow. she's asleep and it's in her bag for tomorrow. thanks so far.

    She said she has Spybot. Not sure if that's good enough. If not, she said the Malwarebytes link above does not work. Somewhere else to get it?
