Hitachi DZ-MV550A DVD-RAM drive problems

    I have the RAM disk full already and the drive that I am using will not read them at all. Maybe 1 in 30 tries if I'm lucky. The Drive has the DVD-RAM driver and update installed.

    Disk Drive - TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H652D

    I have lots of home movies and would like to move them to my PC. If anyone can help please do.
