    Hi Shellee.

    This infection is a Bot/RootKit infection. Your safest bet would be to format and reinstall Windows. If you do not wish to do that I can help clean your PC up but cannot guarantee total security afterwards as I have no way of knowing the complete damage the infection has done.

    Let me know what you wish to do.

    I ran some spyware programs and apparently that's all it was. I've not any trouble yet so far. Thank you so much for all your help.
