Hotswap question, please help!

I dont get though if it goes to m$ dashboard, how its gonna read the cd

 

Ok, i formatted it and then went to option 3 and installed evertying. then i restarted and it didnt work!!, error 16 is still there!

 

load the disk again, then goto settings. What are the space for C, E, F drive?

 

If it shows all drive is 0, then the hdd is dead. Put a new hdd in, format and install again.

 

Hey on xboxhdm when i unlocked it with eeprom and then when i go to xboxhd it will say xbox lock. So what can i do?

On this CD you can lock and unlock hdd too.

 

I already tried that but it doenst unlock it. I ftpied too but i can't transfer any files, they fail to transfer. btw do you have some sort of im?

 

if you have the correct eeprom of the hdd, then you can unlock it with xboxhdm. Otherwise, xboxhdm can't unlock the hdd.

The simple thing is to get another hdd.

 

well.. it does have the correct eeprom...and when i unlocked it..then i try the xboxhd and it says drive is lock.....

 

oh btw pelayo is the guy who is helping me so anything he says is what we are currently doing to the xbox.
