How can i download a link with an audio file?

Hi, i have a specific link which i need to download but after several hours trying i haven't been able to download it.

Is there any way i can download the mp3 file?

You can use something like Audacity to record it.
Run Audacity, click the record button, then the stop button.
Trim the bit you want to keep and save as mp3.
