    I have a xbox v1.5, x2.3b Lite +, X4981.06 , Evox 3935, upgraded to 160 GB HDD.

Everything was running fine, until I tried to play Max Payne 2, orginial xbox game.

The game freezes during "loading.." of level 1.

someone told me this is due to a wrong clock setting in MS dashboard.

When I DISABLE my chip, I get Error 21.

When I select "MS Dash" from Evox Menu, I get Error 21 !

Is there any easy way to fix this ?

your error might be because you have an outdated bios, not sure though. It sounds like your xboxdash got deleted or corrupted somehow. Hopefully you did a back up of your xbox when you first installed evox. If so then just FTP your xboxdash.xbe you backed up on your computer over to your xbox and it should be all peachy. If you didnt make a backup, then I think slayer's auto installer has the option to restore the original MS dash.

    Thanks guys!

Here is what I did to fix it, very simple:

I simply copied everything from my old C drive backup to my xbox's C drive.

Now, when I have my x2.3+ disabled, it goes straight to the MS dash !
And, I can also jump to ms dash from Evox!

I'm really glad I didn't have to go through slayers auto install or re-install apps and evox and bla bla bla....

    sweeeeet !
