o dear well if you want to know whats inside your comp download sisandra lite.

If you want to speed up your comp for free then.
    Uninstall useless applications
Maybe install something like regsitry cleaner
    Install a good anti-virus
And maybe something like Xp smoker.

That should give your comp a LITTLE boost

Also you could always overclock but i take from your previos posts that you wont understand what that is.

I am surprised you guys didn't suggest that he download some of those anti-virus programs for Filepedia which he can get the to the link from this very site. spy bot, ad-aware and several other anti-virus is on that site.

I know there is something you can do with your registry for booting but I forgot it. I know you disable the bootvis.reg or something like that and that will shave like 5 seconds off your boot up time. Installing firefox will definitely improve your browser speed. You can go into your bios and enable fastboot which will decrease your boot time by upto 2 seconds.

503 ram, sounds a bit odd... usually ram are in even numbers, 8Mb, 16Mb, 32Mb, 64Mb, 128Mb, 256Mb, 512Mb, 1024Mb... 503 is prolly a typo... If im wrong, someone please... correct me...
