Question How Can I Play Fallout 4

I am a new guy to this forum and I have a question if you can solve this mystery. I have a Samsung Series 3 Notebook and Its a core i7 second generation. The Model is NP350V5C. The last game I played on it was Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. And after that, I tried to play Fallout 4, but my computer is not playing it. And after Fallout 4, I couldn't play any game. I know that it's a high time that I should get a new machine. But still. Anyone who can recommend a good budget Laptop with good graphics card.
