I understand that I can save my favourites and reinstall them, for example, on to someone elses Eurovox Max V box, or back on to mine should I need to do a power scan etc.
I have the null cable etc. Can someone please tell me how to do this.

    Thanks.

You can create a channel dump from your EV and save it to your PC

You can use DupMan or Voxer to do this

Do I connect my Eurovox Max V box to my laptop with the null modem cable. Then open the DnUpMan program. Then click on browse for channel data and upload to the laptop?

Assuming this is the procedure, when I click on browse, will it automatically find the file or can you tell me were and what to look for?

    Thanks.

Has your laptop got a 9 pin port ?

If not you will need the NULL MODEM CABLE plus the USB ADAPTER

    Null Modem Cable
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=L71BT&DOY=2m6

If your pc does not have a serial port you will need a USB to serial port adapter to use in conjunction with the null modem cable.

    USB Adapter
    http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx...t10&doy=search&MenuName=USB to Serial Adaptor

These two cable links are only for reference as they can be purchased alot cheaper on fleabay.

When you go to Open DnUpMan , You will see Channel Data , Click Upload , a pop up box will appear ,name your file , and save it to your Documents etc
