[how] changing IP address

first of all im sorry if i posted this in the wrong section coz i really dont know where T_T

btw.. my problem is im here in japan but theres a game( Perfect World PH ) in my home country that i want to play but unfortunately it only allows IPs in the philippines ( blocking any foreign IPs except from th philippines )

im just wondering if there is a way that their server will think that im from philippines.

is there any methods or guide that i can look in to?
is there any program for me to use?

you'll have to search for a proxy server based in the Philippines. try google.

 

i already try google and found 1

but.....

i still cant connect to their servers..

well, if you had a buddy in the philippines, you could do a direct connection to him and use him as your proxy...and i'm sure there's other stuff, too, but that would require some god-like hacker skills which most people don't have the patience to develop.

 

well i have a computer in my house at the philippines with connection too

so.. how can i use or do the direct proxy connection just like what you say.
