How do i burn these files to dvd-r

    Downloaded a movie opened the folder and these are the files:-

    dvp-soulplane.r07
    dvp-soulplane.ro8
    and so on up too r47

    these are the other 2

    dvp-soulplane.rar
    and
    dvp-soulplane.sfv

    Can sum1 pls tell me how to burn these 2 a dvd-r

    these are .rar files - use right click on number one and select extract here
