How do i convert a .dat nintendo ds save to one that M3 DS Simply recognises?

I currently have a few .dat nds save files but wanna use them for the M3 Simply DS. They were made by using the M£ Lite but i upgraded to the simply version.
Is there any tool out there that lets you?
The M3DSS Save Tranformer that comes on the CD with Simply DS does not recognise these files.

 

The M3DSS Save Transformer can convert the files, that was it's main purpose. Make sure your shoosing the correct file type from the drop down list. I would screenshot it, but i can't download it form the website to do so.
