Start by changing title of thread to better reflect what you want or risk having thread closed

Bottom left of page;you can edit the thread title.

 

You can't change the title but now you know better.

You may have to just cut the crackle out. The only free audio editor I know of is audacity. That will allow you to cut it out. You can try using noise removal first. I would read the manual before I got to work.
