how do i find out if i have a DL DVD burner?

    ok when i open my DVD tray on my Pc i can see it says DVD+R DL so does this mean i can burn onto DL dvd's? is there a specific way which i can confirm i can burn onto Double layer DVD's?

    I think it's pretty safe to say you can burn them if it says on it yuo can.

    Download and run Nero info tool and then post back your dvd drive make/model and i'll confirm that for ya.

    And talking of software, IMGBurn is by far the best program to burn your files to DVD DL as it handles the layer break on the DVD much better than programs such as Nero.
