how do i find out if my system is over heating?

    its shuts off when iam converting videos and when playing games

    Then you pretty much know it's overheating. There are a few programs you can use to check temperatures, Everest is good but costs money, or there's Speedfan. To solve the problem, check if all your fans are moving, and clean the dust out of them and the case.
