How do I get rid of all these spam e-mails?

    Every since I let my girlfriend on my PC I been getting a lot of e-mail trash like 40 a day,

    I go into each one and unsuscibe, They say I will be takeing off there mailing list in about 2 days,

    Well they just dont go away its been over a month now everyday I unsuscribe from this junk,

    Is there anything I can do ?

    don't unsubscribe as it shows your account is active. can use message rules if using outlook express

    if ye e-mail client will let ye change ye e-mail address.is a good starter...as with my e-mail client i can change mine in a heart beat..

    Thank you I was thinking of changeing it anyways,
    Its still a pain in the but cause then I have to update all the sites I belong to like this one , Well I guess Thats worth geting this junk off my PC.


    when my girl friend did all this stuff I also got (crammed)
    charges to my phone bill for signing up for free stuff, I talked about this in a differnt post,

    What a hassle,
