I thought converting the 128 (-_-) files to VBR using dbpoweramp would make it louder but nope. Converting to 192 has no purpose because I can't recover lost audio...so what now? Any programs to use?

Can you tell me the steps to amplify the songs? Thanks very much for your reply.

EDIT: Well I found the Effect>Amplify thing but when I move the slider, the OK button is not clickable anymore...how man decibels should I go up? An increase of 5 or 20 sounds the same to me in Audacity.

EDIT #2: Well haha stupid me it seems that I checked the don't clip thing so that's why the Ok button disappeared. The increase makes my songs (the lyrics) distort a lot though...what should I do?

Computers have speakers. what you do is you turn the speakers on and you turn up the volume.
