Just got a pc game onto the computer but when i click to play an error message comes up saying

Please enable Direct3D acceleration. You can do this by starting dxdiag and enabling Direct3D Acceleration in the Display1/2 tab after installing DirectX 8.1b (or later) and the latest drivers for your graphics card.

Anyone know what I'm supposed to be doing??

    Run/ dxdiag

See what graphics card manufacturer you have

    Go to their website

    Install latest drivers

If you go into the Device manager whatever graphics card or chip you're using will be listed under the "Display Adapters" heading. Copy and paste what is listed there in your next post.
