i downloaded flash FXP but everytime i try to connect it says in red writing:"(R)Connection failed (Connection refused)" what should i do?
Hey what kind of crossover cable do we need ? ... I can't get this damn router to work with the Xbox :s ... Crap I just saw the reply above about FlashFXP gonna try that ... (-UPDATE-)I don't have a single clue about this router it's a Linksy's Wireless B router and i can't get it the 2nd ethernet port " the one that is hooked to xbox to work , . So About this crossover cable does it allow the modem/router to share the same line ? P.S. I have UnleashedX on the box and I'm able to play DVD-R's so I'm happy for that
Yeah it works with a router. Try not to use it with a wireless connection because it goes extremely slow.
Also, do I have to copy ALL of the multy player maps? I just want to attach red relic to relic. Can I just transfer relic?
It depends. Is it a .ppf or .serenity patch? If it is you can either get Dot Halo or Serenity. Dot Halo for ppf and Serenity for Serenity. Just apply the patch. Encrypt it and resign it and you can ftp it to your Xbox and your good.
You know what, never mind. I have a problem with FTPing. My connection gets lost after every 10minutes or so. Do you have any ideas what it could be. I don't know, my router used to work fine. Man, I wish I knew all of this kind of stuff. Well, anyway, thank you for your help. I hope I can also figure something out, something that could fix the problem, and also save some money.
Well maybe it is your router or your connection get's lost for some reason. What kind of router? and how do you connect to it?
I don't exactly know what kind. All I know is that it is made for gaming. It connects with a cable coming from the xbox, and a cable to the power source. But I have no clue what is going on with my computer cables. I think Something might be wrong with my xbox. On my computer it always says that there is an IP conflict.
Now, I transferred ALL the files EXCEPT the campaign maps. and when I go to hames on HDD,and click Halo 2 it says there is a problem with the disk. And it says nothing in applications.
