Does anyone know how I go about performing this task....I know it's a simple thing to do but there are so many screws on the back of the notebook and I dont want to remove the wrong screw to get to the keyboard.

@ddp, Thanks for that link, just what I wanted. Apparently I couldnt get any "Manuals" because I didnt have Adobe installed...all is now sweet. I will tackle the task when I receive the new keyboard...service techs wanted Au$66.00...I will let you know how it goes, Cheers.
Now installed, so you have taught and I have learned. It's not really about the $66.00....they want the comp for 7 working days..you can build a complete comp in that time, Cheers.
