how do i retrieve lost software

    when my computer crashed i lost it and cannot find my authorization number that i bought it under......what do i do????

    get a hold of the place where you got the software from and get your new code

    it was 1clickdvd, but i sent an e-mail to them and got a generic reply just giving me websit6es for new products.......how can i get ahold of them.....any ideas???.....thanx

    Try looking on your Credit Card Statment, May be a phone number there
