Hi Gwen, There is no free way to unlock your daughters Sagem, your best option is to take it to a shop / Pro to be unlocked directly with hardware. I do not know much about Sagem models as I only know them being able to be unlocked with hardware, but you could ask Telstra and see if the phone can be unlocked by code which they would provide you, for a fee.
