For ogm playback you need several things.
    1) ogm splitter/parser.
    2) decoder for the video stream.
    3) decoder for audio stream(s).

    optional
    4) Subtitle filter if it has subs.
    5) Audio switcher if it has muliple audio streams and your player/splitter doesn't support them itself.

For directshow there are several ogm splitters. In order of release:
    1) Tobias' orginal 0.9.9.5 splitter with built in vorbis decoder. Now several years old.
    2) A so called 0.9.9.6 version based on one of Tobias' older releases but with support for seperate audio decoders and subtitle filters.
    3) Gabest's filter (as included in Media Player Classic).
    4) Illiminable's ogg filters which offer limited ogm support.
    5) Radlight's ogg/ogm filters.

Most ogm's will use vorbis audio, which you have tobias' decoder, corevorbis, ffdshow, illuminable's and radlights.

Video could be encoded by an VfW codec.

Other options for playback would be mplayer or VLC.
